Andrew G. Balshaw, D.D.S. (Retired)
Dr. Balshaw is a graduate of the Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Balshaw completed a hospital-based residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
He has completed a level 4 Mastery course at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry specializing in computer-generated CAD-CAM restorative dentistry.
The doctor is a Fellow and received his Mastership in Implant Dentistry from the International Dental Implant Association. Dr. Balshaw has been in practice since 1987 and is now enjoying retirement.
